DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM PIECES?

Yes! If you have your own design in mind or even just a few ideas, contact me and we can discuss how to help your creations come to life! With even a few ideas, I can draw out some designs and together we can create your vision!

UH OH, CAN YOU REPAIR MY ADRIANNA GLUCK JEWELRY?

As most of my pieces are one of a kind, I will try my best to replicate it. If you lose a part, I may not be able to replace it.

As for polymer clay pieces, know that they are more fragile and should be treated more carefully. Polymer does bend slightly but will crack if put under too much pressure. It can be scratched by sharp objects so please keep this in mind when wearing your piece. Each piece is handmade, so if one brakes I will try to replicate it, but there may be differences.

The ceramic stoneware pieces are also fragile. While they are stronger that polymer clay, there is potential for breakage if dropped. Each piece is handmade, so if one brakes I will try to replicate it, but there may be differences.

SHUCKS, A PIECE I LIKE IS LISTED AS A SOLD OUT STYLE!

Not to worry. If you see a Sold Out Style that you like and would like something similar (i.e. a different color, a different metal, a different shape), please contact me to inquire! Must allow 1 week for custom made pieces.

WHAT DOES BRICK + MORTAR MEAN?

Most of my pieces are sold from my website or at markets, but some are for sale at Brick + Mortar shops. Click on Brick + Mortar to find locations where you can shop my pieces in person.

RETURNS

I want you to love your Adrianna Gluck Jewelry purchase, so returns of jewelry items only are accepted as long as the item is in it's original condition. Unfortunately, there are no returns on home sewn goods.
For returns, please contact me within 7 days of receiving item with a brief reason for your return. Ship item back within 14 days of receiving item.
A full refund is given (cost of item plus tax) when item is received (if in original condition) minus the return shipping cost.
If item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for payment in full (both cost of item and tax).

SHIPPING POLICY 

I ship within the U.S. using USPS first class mail with tracking.  USPS first class shipping is $5.00 for orders under 4 oz., $10.00 for orders between 4.1 and 10 oz., $15.00 for orders between 10.1 and 15 oz. and $20.00 for orders 15.1 oz. and up.

Shipping should take up to 3 business days to deliver within the continental U.S. For faster shipping options, please contact me to inquire. Additional fees may apply. I also offer curbside pickup for those interested. Simply contact me once you receive confirmation that your order is ready so we can coordinate a date!

Non-custom orders ship within 2-3 days from the time payment is received.
Custom/altered items ship within 7-10 days from the time payment is received. 
Alaska and Hawaii take up to 4 days and Puerto Rico may take up to 10 days. 
Please contact me if outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for items lost due to the USPS.
